Ingredients
2 cups Boiled Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Okra
1 cup Cornmeal
1/4 cup Cold Water
Method
- Bring chicken stock and okra to a boil.
- Cook until okra falls to the bottom of the pot.
- Mix cornmeal with cold water until pourable.
- Slowly pour chicken stock and okra into cornmeal mixture stirring continuously for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Pour mixture into sheet pan and let cool.
- Cut into desired shapes.
- Sauté or grill to reheat.
